Here are the final letters of my second alphabet, the black and white.
The coloured one is already done in a flag book, but I cant post the photos today (sorry!).
Next month, I will show you the final pieces of both.

ReplyDeleteI HAVE LOVED EVERY PIECE OF YOUR WORK AND THIS IS NO EXCEPTION - I ENJOY THE WAY IT MAKES ME LOOK AT LETTERS IN AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT WAY. WHEN I AM WRITING I SOMETIMES ONLY CONCENTRATE ON THE NEGATIVE SPACES IN ORDER TO MAKE THE SHAPES I WANT. THESE MAKE ME SEE THE NEGATIVES FIRST AND THE LETTER ITSELF IS ALMOST A SURPRISE DISCOVERY AFTERWARDS
ReplyDeleteA friend of mine working on a light box one evening in a city office when the lights went out in the timed office environment ... all of a sudden, due to the light box light source, all the negative shapes jumped out at him and new discoveries were made!
